This Privacy Policy describes how MarschallFeliz ("we", "us", "the studio") handles personal information that we receive through our website, contact forms, and any promotional or partner programmes we operate. We aim to keep this document short, plain and accurate.

- Name, company, email address and message content from our contact form.
- Email address and subscription preferences from any opt-in we operate.
- Information shared during the course of a client engagement.

- Standard server logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) retained for short periods for security.
- Aggregate analytics about which pages are visited and from where.
- Email engagement data (deliveries, opens, clicks) where supported by recipient email clients.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver the communications you have opted in to receive.
- To respond to inquiries and provide services to active clients.
- To maintain deliverability, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
- To improve how the studio is run.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including TLS in transit, restricted access, and modern authentication for internal systems. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
